45钢渗硼层的激光熔凝处理

【摘要】 研究了45 钢渗硼层激光熔凝处理后的组织,测定了熔凝层的深度.显微硬度及脆性.试验结果表明,熔凝层的组织为淬火马氏体+ 硼化物,其显微硬度低于原渗硼层,脆性明显减小.

【Abstract】 The structure of borided layer of 45 steel ,after treated by means of melting-solidification treatment with laser is studied in this paper .The depth,micro hardness and brittleness of the borided layer are measured as well .The results show that the structure is quenched Martensite and boride,the micro-hardness is lower than that of original boreded layer and the brittleness decreases remarkably.
