【摘要】 在研究棉织物酶氧-浴法前处理工艺、淀粉酶和果胶酶混用前处理工艺过程中，根据酶的特性采用不同的工艺流程。测定退浆漂白后各种工艺下织物的毛效、白度和强力、通过实验对比，筛选出效果良好，适用于实际生产的织物前处理工艺。实验证明，用酶前处理棉织物，具有手感蓬松、柔软、节能、设备简单、工艺流程短、无污水处理等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 One bath pretreatment of enzymatic deszing and H2O2 bleaching is studied as well as the mixed prtreatment of amylase and pectin - enzyme. Different technical processes and enzymatic process conditions are applied respectively according to the characteristics of enzymes to test fabrics’ permeability,whiteness and shength after desizing and bleaching. Through trials, effective means of pretreatment suitable for practical manufacturing is screened.
