西洋参花蕾、花柄中无机成分与根的比较研究

【摘要】 对国产西洋参花蕾、花柄与根中的无机元素成分进行了对比研究,发现花蕾、花柄中无机元素的种类和含量的总和均高于根,三者均含有7种人体必需的微量元素:Fe、Cr、Cu、B、Mn、Sr和Zn,含有5种人体必需的宏量元素:Ca、K、Mg、P、Na.从无机元素的生理活性上看,花蕾、花柄优于根.

【Abstract】 The inorganic elements of the flowerbuds, flowerstems, and roots of Panax quinque-folium L. cultivated in China were studied comparetively. Author discovered, that the inorganic element kinds and total amount of the flowerbuds and flowerstems are higher than those of the roots. There are seven trace elements (Fe, Cr, Cu, B, Mn, Sr, Zn) and five large elements (Ca, K, Mg, P, Na) essential to human body in the three organs. The author think that the flowerbuds and the flowerstems are superiorly to the roots in physiological action.
