花生香米冰淇淋的研制
Development ofthe Cream with Peanut Fragrance Rice
【摘要】 选用花生、香米和鲜牛奶为原料,配以多种有保健作用的辅料,调整氨基酸含量及组成,采用超微粉碎、两次均质加工工艺,制成了口感好、风味独特、营养丰富的花生香米冰淇淋。
【Abstract】 Select peanutfragrance rice and fresh milk as raw material,mixing with various kinds of health protective subsidiary materials.Adjustthe content and compose of amino acid ,adopt the technology of supermicro shatter,homogenize the materials twice ,develop a nice texture,special flavor nutritious cream with peanutfragrance rice.
