【摘要】 五加心宁胶囊以０ ．７５ ，１ ．５ ，３ ．０ ｇ／ｋｇ 剂量，连续９０ ｄ 灌胃给药于大白鼠。在观察期内，大白鼠一般状态、外观、行为活动及饮食与对照组比较均未见明显差别；体重增长、血象、尿液、肝、肾功能及血液生化指标与对照组比较无明显差异；心、肺、肝、脾、肾、肾上腺、睾丸或卵巢等脏器的肉眼及光镜下病理学检查，均未见药物损伤性病理改变。表明五加心宁胶囊预定临床口服日用量是安全的。更多还原
