异氰酸酯生产轻质刨花板的研究

【摘要】 采用东北主要阔叶混合树种和聚氨酯类胶粘剂在常规刨花板生产设备的条件下研究制造轻质刨花板.通过水发泡型聚氨酯预聚体中的异氰酸基( —NCO)与水反应形成泡沫,填充刨花间隙,将刨花牢固结合在一起,以获得高耐水性、高强度、低厚度膨胀率和低毒的轻质刨花板.研究结果表明,本产品主要物理力学性能达到了日本JISA5908 标准100 型和150 型

【Abstract】 Using the main broad leaved mixed species in Northeast of China,light particleboard was made with polyurethane adhesive under the condition of normal equipment.Diisocyanate in the foam polyurethane prepolymer reacted on water,the results of reaction produced foam which can fill the gap of particle to stick particle together.High waterproof and indensity,low thickness swelling ratio and poison light particleboard can be produced through this method.The results showed that physico mechanical properties of the finished product meet JIS A5908 100 type and 150 type of particleboard.
