【摘要】 对来自不同地点、不同生态型的１２ 个榛子（ Ｃｏｒｙｌｕｓ ｈｅｔｅｒｏｐｈｙｌｌａ Ｆｉｓｃｈ ．） 种子样品和１ 个毛榛子（ Ｃ．ｍａｎｄｓｈｕｒｉｃａ Ｍａｘｉｍ ．ｅｔ Ｒｕｐｒ．） 对照样品进行了超氧歧化酶（ＳＯＤ） 同工酶酶谱比较分析．结果发现，在形态特征相近而生于不同地点的榛子个体间ＳＯＤ同工酶酶谱相同，且较稳定，而在同种不同生态型间、不同种间即使生于同地点同生境ＳＯＤ同工酶酶谱差异亦较显著更多还原

【Abstract】 seeds of Corylus heterophylla Fisch.and one seed of C.mandshurica Maxim.et Rupr.from different locations and ecotype were carried on analysis of superoxide dismutase (SOD) zymogram.The same SOD zymogram emerged in different individuals of same phenotype,whether all of the individuals from same location or not,but differed in number of zones and Rf valve between two phenotypes,especially occurred in these two species.更多还原
