一种用于塑性成形带有内凹曲面工件的组合凸模结构
A Combined pounch Structure for Plastic Forming of Work pieces with Inner Sunken Faces
【摘要】 提出一种可用于塑性成形带有内凹曲面工件的组合凸模结构。组合凸模由模瓣和芯棒组成,工件塑性成形后,模瓣沿着芯棒燕尾槽滑动并产生径向收缩,收缩后的凸模可从工件内腔中顺利脱出。本文详细地推导了在模瓣运动过程中模瓣与芯棒以及模瓣间的几何参量关系,并将这种组合凸模结构成功地用于等速万向节球形壳的塑性成形中。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a combined pounch structure for plastic forming of work pieces with inner sunken faces is put forward.The combined pounch is made of mould pieces and inner stick.After plastic forming,mould pieces slip along inner stick face and shrink in the radial direction.Shrunken pounch can be separated appropriately from the work piece.Geometrical parameters among mould pieces and inner stick have been deduced at length during the mould piece motion.Moreover,the combined pounch structure is put into use for forming outer race of constant velocity joint successfully.
