【Abstract】 This paper studies distribution law of the limit value of micro drill drilling torque for the first time.And a conclusion has been reached that the limit value of micro drill drilling torque confirms to the Weibull distribution of tri parameters under the experiment conditions.The reliability torque function derived from distribution function provides basis for achieving on line detection to drilling torque.更多还原
