【Abstract】 Calmodulin dependent cyclic nucleotide phophodiesterase was prepared from bovine brain by two step DEAE cellulose column chromatography. The enzyme obtained was free of endogenous calmodulin and stimulated about 14 fold by exogenous calmodulin, it can be used to assay the content of cytosolic calmodulin.更多还原
