【Abstract】 The reaction of sulfites with iodine produced by photochemical reaction was studied. This reaction can be applied to the analysis of trace amounts of sulfites in food and other samples. This method has been successfully applied to the analysis of sulfites in food with recovery between 98%~105% and RSD less than 4%.更多还原
