【摘要】 经济全球化与经济国际化、经济一体化等概念既有联系又有区别：经济全球化是经济国际化发展的一个新阶段，两者均是指整个世界经济运行的一种客观状态和过程，可以视之为整个世界经济运行的一种客观经济基础；而经济一体化则是以此为前提的一系列契约、组织上的安排，属于世界经济运行中的上层建筑。经济全球化给我们带来的既有机遇又有挑战，东亚金融危机充分说明中国改革开放的外部环境发生了巨大变化。国家间的经济竞争本质上成为制度的竞争。中国必须重新审视外向型经济战略，走以内需为主导的经济发展道路，并认真思考经济全球化条件下政府与市场的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Econmic globalization is the concept with links with and differences from the concepts of economic integration and Internationalization,Economic globalization is the newstage of economic internationalization. both of them are the processes and states ofworld economy, while economic integration is a set of contractual and organizational arrangements, belonging to the superstructure of world economy. Economic globalizationbrings us opportunities as well as challenges. East Asian Financial Crisis shows thatChina’s external economic environoment has deeply changed.
