【摘要】 目的 :探讨腹腔镜诊治外科急腹症的诊断价值及手术治疗经验。方法 :回顾性总结 5 9例腹腔镜诊治外科急腹症效果。结果 :本组病例中 ,腹腔镜下纠正了术前错误或不明确的临床诊断 2 5例 (占 42 4% ) ,经腹腔镜诊治避免了开腹手术 5 0例 (占 84 7% ) ,所有病例均恢复顺利 ,无术后并发症及死亡。结论 :腹腔镜诊治外科急腹症具有诊断率高、可信性强、创伤少、恢复快、并发症少等优点 ,因而具有良好的临床应用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the diagnostic value and the operative experience in the treatment of acute abdomen with laparoscopy.Methods:To review the effect of diagnosis and treatment with laparoscopy in 59 cases of acute abdomen.Results:In our series,25 cases with incorrect or uncertain diagnosis before operation were identified or verified by laparoscopy,and 50(84 7%)patients were cured by laparoscopy instead of laparotomy.All of them recovered quickly and no complications occurred.Conclusion:The diagnosis and treatment of surgical acute abdomen with laparoscopy give a higher correct diagnosis,high credibility,minimum trauma,fast recovery and less complication.Therefore this method has an excellent clinical application.更多还原
