【摘要】 目的：探讨羊水过少孕妇的分娩方式对新生儿的影响。方法：对２１９例羊水过少孕妇的分娩方式及新生儿窒息情况进行观察。结果：剖宫产与阴道分娩两种方式，新生儿窒息情况无显著性差异（Ｐ＞００５）。结论：胎儿宫内状况良好，仅有羊水过少而无其他高危因素者，可以阴道试产。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investgate the influence of delivery way on the new-born in pregnant women of hypamnion. METHOD: Delivery way and the new-born were oberved in 219 pregnant women of hypamnion. RESULTS: Sesarean section and vaginal delivery didn’t show significant difference in incidence of asphyxia neonatorum(P>005). CONCLUSION: For those who have hypamnion but without other high-risk factors,vaginal delivery can be tried.更多还原
