【摘要】 目的 采用眼睑缘内唇重建术对105例185只眼进行治疗。方法 距睫毛根部3～4mm与睑缘平行切开皮肤,暴露睑板,距睫毛根部1.5mm处以45°角斜剖切睑板向睑缘内唇深达睑板全层,并将剖切睑板剪除。3～0黑丝线由皮肤牵过睑板缝合。结果 缝合后的上睑缘内唇恢复到正常解剖位置达到内唇重建的目的。结论 睑缘内唇重建术符合生理功能,尤其对复发病例的矫正更理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective 185 outropion eyes were cured with tarsochoiloplasty of internal lip. Methods The skin incision, 3-4mm from the eyelash root, is parallel to the palpebral margin. When the tarsus is exposed, the full thickness of the tarsal plate is resected near the eyelash root with an angle of 45° to the internal lip of the palpebral margin. Suture of the incision is through the skin and the tarsus. using 3-0 black silk thread. Results The internal lip of the upper lid margin is recover to its normal anatomic site. Conclusion Tarsochoiloplasty of internal lip accords with the physiological function, especially can correct the recurrent entropion.更多还原
