生物质型焦技术
BIOMASS FORMED COKE TECHNOLOGY
【摘要】 以干法冷压成型工艺用生物质作粘结剂将肥煤和无烟煤成型制得生物质型煤, 再炭化后生产生物质型焦。研究了生物质配入量、肥煤配入量、成型压力、煤料筛分组成、炭化加热速度对型焦抗压强度的影响。此外, 分析了型焦的组成和孔孢结构。
【Abstract】 A kind of biomass briquette was manufactured by fat coal and anthracite using the dry cool state briquetting process and biomass as binder. After briquetting, the briquette sent into carbonizaton to produced biomass formed coke. The effect of additive amount of biomass and fat coal, briquetting pressure, coal sizes distribution, heating velocity of the carbonization process on the strength of formed coke were examined. The compound and pore structure of formed coke were also analyzed.
