【Abstract】 The definition, history and development process of water pollution control planning are introduced in this paper. The new methods of water pollution control planning based on GIS and ANN technology are introduced as well. At present, the water resources shortage and water environment pollution have restricted the development of the society and economy, so the improvement of the standard of water pollution control will be benefit for the sustainable utilization of the water resources.更多还原
