【摘要】 为评价计划生育优质服务的干预效果,在国家计划生育委员会试行避孕方法知情选择的试点地区实施计划生育优质服务,提高试点地区计划生育服务质量,选择同期非试点地区对照,以期通过干预措施减少现用避孕方法的副作用,提高避孕方法的可接受性。综合评分表明干预地区提供计划生育服务质量优于对照地区(P<0.01);妇女对生殖健康的认识有所提高,对目前所用避孕方法不适感觉的比例低于对照地区(P<0.01);副作用的发生率明显低于对照区(P<0.01);更换方法的比例高于对照地区(P<0.01);服务对象对现用避孕措施的满意率高达81％,远远高于对照地区(71.6%,P<0.01)。多元分析结果表明计划生育服务质量对服务对象的满意程度有较大影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 1993, National Family Planning Commission tried out ’inform choice’ of contraceptive methods at selected township in several provinces including six township in Jiangsu Province. The purpose of the present study is to evaluate effect of improved quality of family planning service by means of the intervention trial. The this study, based upon program mentioned-above, has provided more training in quality of care and contraceptive knowledge, provided counseling on choice or change of contraceptive method, scheduled for more frequent follow-up in 4 villages in experimental township, compared to 4 villages in non-experimental township.Results show that the synthetic scores of quality of family planning service in the experimental area are superior to that in the non-experimental area(P<0.01). In the experimental area, the perceptions of women regarding the reproductive health have being increased, the percentage of women feeling unwell and the rates of side effect in women usign contraceptive method are decreased significantly (P<0.01); the percentage of change of contraceptive methods is higher than that in non-experimental area, women using defferent methods experience satisfactory account for 81% in experimental area, the degree of satisfaction are higher than that in non-experimental area. Multiple regression analysis indicated that the degree of satisfaction in women using contraceptive methods was influenced strongly by the quality of family planning更多还原
