BRJ系列乳液型注水井解堵剂的研究及应用

【摘要】 为了提高注水井解堵增注效果,使注水井始终达到配注要求,研制了乳液型注水井解堵剂BRJ系列。实验室研究了该解堵剂的溶垢能力、提高渗透率性能、动态洗油效果以及对油管钢的腐蚀性能,介绍了BRJ9604解堵剂在河南油田T437井和J7145井的应用。现场试验结果表明,T437井和J7145井处理后注水量大幅度增加,解堵效果明显。

【Abstract】 In order to enhance the efficiency of relieving plugs and injection capacity and satisfy the requirement of injection allocation all the time, a plug relieving agent BRJ 9604is prepared Performance evaluations such as resolving scale, improving water phase permeability, washing off crude oil and corrosiveness of the agent on tubing steel are studied experimentally Practical application is introduced in T437 and J7 145 wells of Henan oilfield Test results show that the injected rate in the two wells is increased substantially
