电驱动绞车无级调速系统的设计
Design of Stepless Speed Regulation System for Drawworks of SCR Drilling Rig
【摘要】 AC SCR DC驱动方式是目前钻机最好的驱动传动方式。通过对直流电机的功率、扭矩特性和绞车所需的功率、扭矩特性进行对比分析 ,得出直流电机只能在恒功率调速范围内工作时才能符合绞车的功率、扭矩特性。提出了绞车无级调速系统的传动方案——在无级调速电机之后串联机械有级变速传动系统 ,分析了绞车无级调速系统的设计计算方法。
【Abstract】 AC SCR DC mode is the best driving mode for a drilling rig By analyzing the power feature and torque feature of DC motor and drawworks of the rig required,it is shown that DC motor can match the power feature and torque feature only when working under a constant power speed variation A transfer motion scheme of stepless speed regulation system for drawworks is proposed,and a method for designing stepless speed regulation system of drawworks is explained
