【摘要】 使用ＫＤＰ晶体作为声电光互作用介质制作了二维反常喇曼奈斯声电光器件，分析了这种器件实现激光的二维偏转与强度调制的工作原理，并测量了调制曲线。

【Abstract】 A two dimensional anisotropic Raman Nice acousto electro optic device is made with KDP crystal.The principle about the two dimensional deflection and intensity modulation of the laser is analyzed.The experimental modulation curve of the device is given.
