【摘要】 对激光熔覆过程中熔覆区产生裂纹的原因进行了分析,提出了一种新的多道搭接熔覆方法。通过实验,获得了具有8个搭接区的较大面积的无裂纹激光熔覆层

【Abstract】 The reason for cracking of the laser cladded layers was analyzed in detail.A new overlapping method for decreasing the cracking sensitivity in laser cladded layer was pointed out.By this method a laser cladded layer with 8 overlapping zones and having good quality was obtained.
