【摘要】 目的：观察与评价小切口、皮肤作皮内缝合阑尾切除术的效果；方法：麦氏点横切口，长约2～2．5cm；用卵园钳夹取提出盲肠，常规切除阑尾；皮扶切口作皮内环形缝合，不拆线；结果：手术时间平均19分钟，住院时间平均3．5天；108例仅1例切口乙级愈合、拆线，无其它并发症，结论：小切口、皮内缝合阑尾切除术具手术时间短、损伤小、住院时间短、切口愈合整齐美观，不需拆线、并发症少等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe and comment on the effect of appendectomy with intradermic su-ture in a small incision. Methods: The transverse incision at Mcburney’s Point is about 2 ～2. 5cm;caecum is griped and towed out with sponge holding forceps and appendix is resected conventionally; skinincision is sutured ciroularly in skin. Sutures need not removing. Results: The average operation time is19 minutes and the average staying hme at hospital is 3 and a half days. Only one out of 108 cases got noed union. No complications. Conclusions: Appendectomy with intradermic suture in a small incisionhas the advantages of less operation and hospital time, less injury, tidybeautiful union of the incision, noneed to remove sutures and litile complications, etc.更多还原
