核磁共振、磁化水对双孢蘑菇176菌株同工酶的影响
Effect of Magnetic Resonance and Magnetized Water on Isozymes of Agaricus Bisporus Strain 176
【摘要】 用普通水制备马铃薯葡萄糖培养基(PDA)和用磁化水制备马铃薯葡萄糖培养基(MPDA),分别培养双孢蘑菇176 菌株。用不同磁场强度的核磁共振处理这些双孢蘑菇的菌丝体,以不处理为对照(CK)。取磁场处理后5 小时的菌丝体进行酯酶同工酶(EST),多酚氧化酶同工酶(PO)酶谱分析,并转接PDA 和MPDA上培养14 天,再次分析同工酶谱。结果表明:0.1T磁场强度对双孢蘑菇EST和PO 产生的影响最明显,可使某些酶带活性降低或消失,某些酶带活性增强甚至诱发出PO的新酶带。但这些同工酶酶谱所发生的变化,需要培养较长时间才能明显表现出来。核磁共振处理后转接到PDA 上培养,会使已发生变化的同工酶,变化更显著,用MPDA 培养双孢蘑菇EST酶谱发生改变,但是能使PO的酶活性增强。
【Abstract】 s Agaricus bisporus strain 176 were inoculated in the potato dextrose agar made up with water(PDA)and magnetized water(MPDA).The mycelia of A.bisporus strain 176 were then treated with magnetic resonance of different intensity for 20 min,5 hr after irritation,the isozyme of the mycelia were examined.At the same time,same amounts of the mycelia from different group were transferred onto PDA and MPDA.The isozymes of the mycelia were examined again 14 day later.It was found that the treatment with magnetic intensity of 0.1T had the most obvious effect on EST and PO isozyme,the activity of the enzyme increased or decreased,or it may even appear some new PO isozyme.But only after a long period of incubating after magnetic treating may the changes of the isozyme obviously appear.Been transferred after magnetic resonance treating,the changes of the isozyme may become more obvious.The MPDA incubating can’t change of EST zymogram of A.bisporus strain 176,but will reinforce it’s activity of PO iaozyme.
