脉冲激光对细菌视紫红质的瞬态光电荷转移动力学研究
Study on Dynamics of Instantaneous Photocharge Transfering in Bacteriorhodopsin by Using Dye pulse Laser
【摘要】 细菌视紫红质(BR)是一种可进行光能存储与转换的蛋白质分子,在光作用下,能极快地产生电荷分离与电光响应信号。实验采用自制的波长可调的染料激光,在μs- m s时域内对BR的动态光电响应信号进行了研究,总结了当激发脉冲光波长改变或强度改变时光电压变化的规律,并定性地分析了BR产生上述现象的机理。
【Abstract】 Becteriorhodopsin(BR) is a kind of protein molecule which can store up and convert photoenergy.On light illuminates,BR film can generate a rapid charge separation and photonelectric response signals.Its kinetic photonelectric response was studied within μ s-ms range,using dye pulse laser,the home-made experimental system.The law of the photonelectric response singnals changing and the mechanism of light-driven proton pump were sumed up.
