激光加工中闭环控制技术的发展动态
Development of closed loop control technology in laser machining
【摘要】 为了改变激光加工结果的不可预见性,国外发展了基于实时检测原理的闭环控制新技术,从而能在保证加工质量的前提下轻易地获得最优的加工参数,克服了“试错法”的缺点。作者分析了多种控制方法的优缺点及适应范围,指出了选择传感器的主要考虑因素及未来的发展方向。
【Abstract】 In order to change the blind process of laser machining,a new colsed loop contr ol technology is developed in abroad based on realtime testing principle.Therefo re,the optimal processing parameters are abtained easily subject to quality cons traints,and the disadvantages of trial and error are overcomed.This paper ana lyses the features of kinds control methods and points out the main factors whic h are considered to select sensor.
