【Abstract】 A semiconductor laser probe which takes semiconductor laser as its light source and position sensitive device (PSD) as its optoelectronic receptor is described in this paper. Some problems concernning with design of the emitting and receiving optical systems are discussed. The calibration method for the semiconductor laser probe is presented. The semiconductor laser probe is calibrated by experiment.更多还原
