【摘要】 目的：测定阿霉素脂质体中的磷脂含量。方法：用乙醇破坏阿霉素脂质体，再用氯仿萃取，在４８８ｎｍ 处用硫氰铁铵分光光度法测定。结果：在５．０～５０ ．０ｍｇ·Ｌ－１ 浓度范围内，吸光度与磷脂浓度呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为９９．３ ％ 。线性方程为Ａ＝３ ．８４６Ｃ－０ ．００５７，ｒ ＝０．９９９ ８。结论：用硫氰铁铵分光光度法测定阿霉素脂质体中的磷脂含量，其方法简单、快速、灵敏，可用于阿霉素脂质体的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To determine the concentration of phospholipids in the adriamycin liposome.METHODS The sample was broken by ethanol and then extracted by chloroform. The content of phospholipids was measured by Ammorium Ferrothiocyarate Spectrophometric at the wavelength 488nm.RESULTS The experiments showed that the average recoveris of phospholipids was 99.3%,The linear regression equation is A=3.846C-0.0057,r=0.999 8.CONCLUSION This method is simple convenient and sensitive which can be used as the standard of quality.更多还原
