【Abstract】 Educational techniques from indication to the establishment of an academic discipline have gone through 3 stages: the development of media techniques, procedure teaching and individual teaching, the introduction of systems and the conception of teaching designing.The science of systems views its objects as in a system therefore studies the system as a whole with its essences, structures and functions interrelated through information transfer and feedback, thus producing the best results.This point of view and its methods give great impact on educational techniques. In order to bring about good results from teaching and learning, we need to have all kinds of media combined according to their respective specialities as well as to the links in our teaching procedure.The ideology of science of systems provides beneficial operating methods for procedure teaching, accelerating the conception of teaching designing, the development of which, in return, expedites the establishment of educational techniques as an discipline.In practice, the science of systems gives impetus to the study of educational techniques. ie: the core of teaching designing is apply its methodology to the study and exploration in the intrinsic connection a-mong the essences in the system of teaching and learning, through which a practical operating procedure assembles and adjusts the essences so as to enable the system to function as an organic combination.· 47 · In the information learning environment supported mainly by the computer technique, the affects are shown in the following aspects:The development of educational techniques is based on an overall view of the actual situations of the country and attained at different levels with different prorities.Emphasis is laid on the unity of information resources and on the cooperation between teachers and students, between students themselves, and between communities.Stress is also placed upon feedback services, studies on learning modes and other relevant factors.更多还原
