工业PC数控系统在平面磨床中的应用及试验研究
Study on Application and Experiments of NC System based on Industrial PC in Surface Grinding Machine Tools
【摘要】 介绍基于工业ＰＣ的数控系统在平面磨床中的应用试验。简单地介绍了工业ＰＣ数控系统的硬、软件结构，重点叙述了在ＭＧＫ７１６３ 高精度平面磨床的应用情况。运行试验和测试结果表明，该系统控制精度高、界面友好、操作方便
【Abstract】 The application experiments of CNC based on industrial PC (IPCNC) in a surface grinding machine tool are introduced in this paper. At first the constructs of hardware and software of IPCNC is presented, then the application in the MGK7163 is given. The experiments and test results show that the system has a high accurzcy and a friendly interface. It is convenience for operation.
