硫酸腺嘌呤预处理对大鼠缺血心脏的保护机制
Protective Mechanism of Adenine Sulphate Preconditioning on Ischemia Heart in Rats
【摘要】 本研究应用注入腺苷前质——硫酸腺嘌呤复制大鼠心脏预处理模型,通过与经典的预处理对比观察,探讨其机制,结果表明,两种方式的预处理是通过心肌CAT,5’-NT活性、血清NO含量的提高、降低心肌MDA含量与促进HSP70mRNA表达增强而显示预处理效应。
【Abstract】 A rat heart preconditioning model was established through the injection of adenine sulphate, theprecursor of adenosine. It was found to invoIve similar underlying mechanisms as the classical pre-conditioning model using adenosine - They involved elevation of myocardial CAT and 5-NT activities,increased serum NO, decrease of MDA content in the myocardium and speeding-up of HSP70 mRNAexpression, that brought preconditioning into effect.
