底部两层框架-抗震墙砖房的抗震性能
Seismic Properties of masonry Building with Two Stories Frame and Shear Wall at the Bottom
【摘要】 依据模型试验和一系列分析研究成果，概要阐述了底部两层框架抗震墙砖房的受力和变形特点，论述了合理的结构体系以及提高这类房屋整体抗震能力的要求等。
【Abstract】 The character Of load-bearing capacity and deformation, structural system and retirement of overall seismic ability for masonry building with two stories frame and shear wall at the bottom are briefly introduced.
