【Abstract】 Objective To explore association between mental retardation of socioculture and early intelligence development of children. Methods The paper researches and analyses incidence rate of children mental retardation of sociocultural in our country during 19851990. It studies all kinds of factor result in light mental retardation of children. Result Mental retardation is not only an important problem of biology and medicine, but also is an important problem of social science. Conclusion Such as society, environment, psychological, education and so on, it points out we must carry on intelligence development of children as early as possible.
