【摘要】 目的　为研究中小学生的伤害发生程度，发生原因及其流行分布特征，以期寻求有效的干预措施以控制与降低伤害发生率。方法　１９９９ 年５ 月对茂名市的五所中小学校从小学一年级至高中二年级的学生做伤害调查与流行病学特征分析。结果　茂名市中小学生伤害总发生率为５１．１７％ ， 前五位伤害依次为：跌伤（３０．８７％ ）、刀或锐器伤（２４．１２％ ）、碰伤（１７．２３％ ）、交通伤（１４．１０％ ）及烧烫伤（１１．０５％ ）；以初中生伤害发生率最高为６５．６０％ ，其次是高中生为５０．８６％ ，小学生较低；伤害发生率与其父母的受教育程度、职业、是否独生子女及学生性别等因素密切相关。结论　应针对中小学生的高伤害率及其产生的原因采取有效的监督管理措施，加强安全卫生教育，提高学生的自我保健意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to find out the effective intervention measures in preventing injuries, we studied the epidemiological feature of injuries. Methods An analysis on the epidemiological features of injuries was carried out in 5 middle and primary schools in Maoming City in May 1999. Results The results showed that the total rate of injuries was 51.7%. Among which, 5 kinds of injuries took the first 5 place: injuries from falls (30.87%), kinfe cutting or sharp weapon wounds (24.12%), bumps (17.23%), traffic accidents (14.10%), burns and scalds (11 05%). The rate of injuries among junior middle school students was the highest (65.60%), the rate of injuries among high school students was the lower (50.86%), the rate of injuries among the primary school students was the lowest. The rate of injuries was related closely to sex, parent’s culture background and occupations, the number of children in families. Conclusion According to the high rate of injuries among middle and primary schools students, we must strengthen supervision, safety health education and increase awareness on self protection among the students.更多还原
