【摘要】 目的　介绍一种灵敏、简便的方法检测短串联重复序列（ＳＴＲ）。方法　采用ＰＣＲ技术扩增ＳＴＲ，扩增产物经ＰＡＧＥ后银染。结果　银染后的产物清晰，易于判断相差２ｂｐ 的核酸基因型。结论　ＰＣＲ技术结合银染法提高检测的灵敏度，适于临床应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To present a sensitive and simple method to detect short tandem repeat (STR). Method After PCR and PAGE,short DNA fragment were detected by a simplified silver staining method. Result The short DNA fragment were visualized clearly by silver staining,used to detect genotype. Conclusion PCR with silver staining method increased sensitivity, and can be used in clinical investigations.更多还原
