【摘要】 目的　分析铜陵地区精神分裂症复发原因。方法　对２２１ 例再入院的精神分裂症病人家属及知情人做半定式直接询问。结果　中断维持治疗、遭遇生活事件、社会隔离、自身因素、练气功等诸因素单一或共同作用是精神分裂症复发的主要原因。结论　加强精神病知识健康教育，可减少该疾病复发更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the causes recurred schizophrenia in the Tongling areas. Methods The relatives of 221 patients diagnosed with schizophrenia were asked to repeat hospital admissions by face to face interviews. Results We found the major cause for schizophrenic recurrence, included stopping maintenance treatment, stressful life events, dissociating oneself from society, personal factors. They were single or general triggering factors. Conclusion Psycgosocial education and good social support system can significantly reduce their recurrences.更多还原
