【摘要】 目的　揭示围产期卫生宣教及保健咨询的重要性。方法　１９９８ 年１～１０ 月对在本院住院分娩的初产妇２１２ 例进行随机抽样调查。结果　发现初产妇存在不同程度的紧张、恐惧心理，并与其受教育程度、年龄有关。一般文化程度低，年龄偏小的初产妇对家人依赖性强，环境适应能力较差，对分娩知识了解少。但文化程度较高，年龄越大的初产妇要求剖腹产也越多。结论　一般文化程度较高，适宜年龄的初产妇心理状态比较稳定更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To suggest the emphasis of health care in pregnant period. Method Random sampling investigation of the psychological status of primipara admitted to our hospital was carried out from Jan.to Oct., 1998. Results It was found that there were nervous and panic psychological status among the primipara. The women who have low education level, young or old age have unstable psychological status. The women who have high education and old age have a high cesarean section request. Conclusion Women who have high education level and suitable pregnant ages have stable psychological status.更多还原
