图像处理在铸造工业中的应用
The Use of Image Processing on Foundry Technolog
【摘要】 提出了一种以摄像机为传感器检测浇口杯金属液位的方法。摄像机拍摄到的浇口杯金属液液面图像经图像采集卡转变为数字信号,由计算机经图像处理后得到液位信息,并使用带自调整因子的模糊控制器来控制浇口杯中金属液位的高度。仿真实验表明了该方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 Provide a way to measure the level of molten metalin sprue cup based on CCD camera. In the system, the video signal of molten in sprue cup is obtain by a CCD camera and converted into digital image signal by an image acquisition card. Then the level of molten metal and control commands are calculated by a computer, and the fuzzy controller with a self-regulative coefficient is used. Experiment prove its effectiveness.
