【Abstract】 Provide a way to measure the level of molten metalin sprue cup based on CCD camera. In the system, the video signal of molten in sprue cup is obtain by a CCD camera and converted into digital image signal by an image acquisition card. Then the level of molten metal and control commands are calculated by a computer, and the fuzzy controller with a self-regulative coefficient is used. Experiment prove its effectiveness.更多还原
