【摘要】 目的　观察新生儿疼痛以加强对新生儿疾病的护理；方法　随机分为爱婴病房和非爱婴病房两组各３０ 例，爱婴病房组由母亲给予喂奶、爱抚，协助护理静滴，非爱婴病房由护理人员爱抚，协助静滴，观察其对疼痛的反应，结果作统计学处理；结果　爱婴病房组哭闹４０±８ｓ，非爱婴病房组：１１６ ±３３ｓ。ｔ＝３．９３，Ｐ＜０．０５，两组有显著性差异；结论　爱婴病房组患儿痛阈明显高于非爱婴病房组的患儿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To enhance the nursing care technology of newborns by observing the pain of newborns. Methods 60 cases of mature newbon were randomly divided into two groups: 30 ones in cherish-baby ward as the experimental group,in which mother gave breast feet,showed tender care and assisted intravenous drip; other 30 ones in the control group,in which the intravenous drip was assisted by the nursers. Results In the experimental goup,the cry lasted 40±8s.While the control group, 116±33s( t=3.93,P<0.01). Conclusion The threshold of pain of newborns in cherish-baby ward is significantly higher than that of the control group.更多还原
