【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the nursing experinence in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction accepted by intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase.Methods Main points of nursing care and clinical outcome of 30 patients with acute myocardial infarction were recorded and evaluated. Results AMI could be effectively treated by intravenous thrombolytic urokinase.Conclusion Careful mursing care before, during and after the procedure of thrombolysis,prevention and treatment of the thrombolytic complications can improve the curative effect.更多还原
