【摘要】 目的　进一步探讨氯氮平对心电图的影响；方法　对本院１０５ 例口服氯氮平达四周以上的病人的心电图资料进行分析，并对其有关因素进行探讨；结果　氯氮平对心电图有明显的影响，异常率为７５．２４％ ，心电图改变以窦率改变、Ｔ 波改变为多见，并且心电图改变与单一或合并用药、服药剂量、年龄无明显关系，随着用药时间增长，心电图改变发生率有减少趋势；结论　氯氮平引起较多的心电图改变，但在临床中很少导致严重的并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the influence of clozapine on the electrocardiogram.Methods The electrocardiogram data of 105 patients who had taken clozapine orally for over four weeks were analysed and other factors concerned were studied. Results It was clear that clozapine had great influence on electrocardiogram.The variation rate was 75.24%. The changes of electrocardiogram were always the changes of sinus rhythm and T waves. There was no clear relations between the changes of electrocardiogram and single or the combined use of drugs, doses,and patients’age. As time going by, the rate of electrocardiogram change tended to decrease.Conclusion Clozapine can lead to more changes of electrocardiogram but few complications clinically.更多还原
