【摘要】 目的　观察尿石消配合体外冲击波碎石（ＥＳＷＬ） 治疗泌尿系结石的疗效；方法　将泌尿系结石患者８４ 例随机分为治疗组４８ 例和对照组３６ 例，在行ＥＳＷＬ治疗基础上，治疗组予尿石消治疗，对照组予消石素治疗；结果　治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０ ．０５），血尿发生率及肾功能损害程度明显低于对照组； 结论　尿石消能提高泌尿系结石行ＥＳＷＬ后的排石率和排空率，减少血尿等并发症，促进肾功能的修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of urinary stone treated with ESWL cooperated with niaoshixiao. Methods Dividing eighty four patients suffering from urinary stone into the therapeutic group by forty eight and the control group by thirty six,on the basis of treatment with ESWL, the therapeutic group was treated with niaoshixiao and the control group with xiaoshisu.Results The total response rate of the therapeutic groupwas higher by far than that of the control group(P< 0.05), while haematuria and damage of renal function of the therapeutic group were lower by far than those of the control group.Conclusion Niaoshisu can improve curative effect of urinary stone and reduce complications, what’s more, it can improve rusume of renal function.更多还原
