【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of the valve with the base of muscle transplanting and the hipbone dislocation redressing for germfree necrosis of head of femur. Methods According to the condition of the real hipbone socket,choose different operative methods, scrape the nearotical bone and transplant the valve with the base of muscle.Results The fine rate was 80%.Three patients had complications during postoperative following-up. Conclusion This kind of operative treatment is an important and effective therapy.更多还原
