离体小麦胚胎对赖氨酸和苏氨酸的抗性反应

【摘要】 用赖氨酸和苏氨酸为选择剂,在试管中对小麦胚胎进行氨基酸抗性选择。结果表明,高蛋白含量品种忍耐氨基酸浓度较高,中等蛋白含量品种选择压浓度,赖氨酸为1~2mmol/l,苏氨酸为3~4mmol/l,L+T为1~2mmol/l即可达到50%的生长抑制水平。小麦天然群体中有2%~3%的个体具较强抗性。

【Abstract】 This paper reports the way and process of resistance selection of wheat embryo in vitro taking lysine and threonine as select agent, The results showed that the higher the protein content in the variety is, the stranger its tolerance is. It means that It can grow normally in the medium containing higher concentration of the two aminoacids. The select stress (about 50% growing amount) concentration for the wheat embryoe that contain middle content are 12 mmol/l Lysine; 34 mmol/l Threonine; Lysine and Threonine 12 mmol/l. It is also found that there is about 2%3% embryoes in the cultured material that have higher amino resistance than others.
