Using three specific pairs of primers, each cDNA
fragment was amplified with RTPCR method from the total RNA extracted from the anticoagulant
blood of infected pig. They were 774, 685 and 917 bp in length respectively, and covered the
whole NS5A gene. Each fragment was cloned and sequenced. Sequence homology analysis
revealed that NS5A gene was conservative in CSFV. But it has lower homology with BVDV
