不同方法提取的嗜水气单胞菌脂多糖对鳜免疫活性的比较

【摘要】 采用不同方法提取的嗜水气单胞菌脂多糖(LPS)作为抗原,对鳜注射免疫后,通过测定受免鳜血清中凝集抗体效价、白细胞吞噬活性和进行强毒攻击的方法,比较了不同方法提取菌体LPS的免疫原性。结果表明,Boivin 法提取的菌体LPS的免疫原性最强,Phenolwater 法提取的菌体LPS的免疫原性次之,而EDTA 法提取的菌体LPS的免疫原性较弱。

【Abstract】 Manderinfish( Siniperca chautsi ) was immunized by injection with lipopolysaccharide(LPS) extracted by different methods. The immunogenicity of differently prepared LPS was compared by examining the agglutination antibody and phagocytic activity of leucocytes and challenging test with live Aeromonas hydrophila . The immunogenicity of LPS extracted by Biovin and Phenol water methods was higher than those extracted by EDTA method. No significant difference was observed between the former two methods.\;
