【摘要】 采用元素分析、X射线光电子谱(XPS)以及直流电导率σdc(T)与温度关系等方法对三种聚苯胺PANI-HCl,PANI-H2SO4和PANI-H3PO4进行了研究.在Cl(2p)谱中,可以分辨四个二重态的自旋轨道裂分偶极子Cl(2p1/2)和Cl(2p3/2).S(2p)-core-level谱显示了二重态自旋轨道的裂分偶极子S(2p1/2)和S(2p3/2),而P(2p)-core-level谱仅在结合能为134.03eV时显示单一的峰值.室温时PANI-HCl和PANI-H2SO4的σdc比PANI-H3PO4的σdc高数倍.PANI样品的导电性与温度的关系表明它们是半导体,而且符合准一维的变程跳跃(Q1D-VRH)模型

【Abstract】 A comparative study among three kinds of polyaniline, PANI HCl, PANI H 2SO 4 and PANI H 3PO 4 were reported. The elemental analysis, X ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and temperature dependence of dc conductivity σ dc (T) were carried out. In the Cl(2p) spectrum, four spin orbit split doublets Cl(2p 1/2 ) and Cl(2p 3/2 ) were resolvable. The S(2p) core level spectrum showed two spin orbit split doublets S(2p 1/2 ) and S(2p 3/2 ), and P(2p) core level spectrum exhibits only a single peak with binding energy of 134.03eV. At the room temperature σ dc of PANI HCl and PANI H 2SO 4 were several times higher than that of PANI H 3PO 4. The temperature dependence conductivity of our different PANI samples showed a semiconductor behavior, and it follows the quasi one dimensional variable range hopping (Q1D VRH) model.
