【Abstract】 An algorithm for collinearity detection which can be used to eliminate the hemline of naval vessel contour is proposed. Then, by utilizing the curvature based hierarchical fractal features of a target contour not containing its hemline, a hierarchical model database for the vessel target during forward looking imaging terminal guidance is developed. A hierarchical fractal based method for large naval vessel targets recognition is also proposed. The results of experiments with two types of naval vessel verify the validity and correctness of the method proposed.更多还原
