滴管炉中煤粉燃烧NO_x生成量的实验研究

【摘要】 在滴管炉中对12 种煤进行了热解实验和燃烧实验.研究了煤中的氮在热解过程中生成的中间产物NH3 和HCN 与煤种的关系,煤的成分以及中间产物NH3 和HCN 对煤燃烧中NOx 生成量的影响.并提出了用VrNfφ(HCN)/φ(NH3) 的值作为预测指数来预测不同煤种在燃烧中的NOx 生成量.

【Abstract】 Pyrolysis and combustion tests have been carried out for twelve kinds of coals burnt in a dropper stove. The intermediate products NH 3 and HCN released during pyrolysis for various kinds of coals were investigated, and the effect of coal composition as well as NH 3 and HCN on NO x emissions during coal combustion were studied. It is proposed to use the value of V r N f φ (HCN)/ φ (NH 3) as an index to predict the NO x emissions during pulverized coal combustion.
