【Abstract】 The trend of organizaiton is studied. By comparison with organizational theory, multi agent system (MAS) can be embedded into the study of organizational theory and organizational decision making. According to the analysis of organizational intelligence, the importance of organizational intelligence to organizational decision making is emphasized.
